  • Support Operational Excellence
    • Participate in the implementation of the departmental strategic plans
    • Answer guest services phone; inform or re-direct calls accordingly
    • Greet guests in person; offer information on the facility, events, and promotions
    • Conduct guests to other areas as requested; conduct facility tours
    • Respond to, resolve, or escalate issues as required
    • Communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments
  • Develop Strong Relationships
    • Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership, regulatory bodies, and employees
    • Contribute to a team of engaged colleagues who care passionately about the business, site operations, and delivering a great guest experience
  • Anticipate and Resolve Issues
    • Anticipate operational and service issues before they escalate, trouble-shoot and resolve guest concerns before they are complaints

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary school diploma
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service; gaming experience an asset
  • Skills and Abilities

    • Smart Serve certification or willing to obtain
