About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive top-of-funnel lead generation and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cohesive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop omni-channel marketing strategies to support business goals and objectives.
- Manage the relationship with our digital marketing agency.
- Oversee the digital creative process, ensuring assets are delivered on time and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Lead digital marketing planning and calendar management for paid and owned channels.
- Own social channel strategy, management, and execution.
- Lead website UX, content, analytics, and post-campaign analysis.
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing.
- Partner with internal colleagues and external vendors to optimize digital assets.
- Closely monitor digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Work closely with other teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing campaign management and social channel management.
- Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, independent self-starter, and resourceful.
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Business acumen skills, including budget management and strategic tradeoffs.
- Strong written and presentation abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build partnerships and relationships.
- Hands-on experience in Google Analytics and other related tools.
