About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. You will work closely with our Product Management Team to develop launch programs for new products and applications. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
  • Collaborate with the Product Management Team to create launch programs for new products and applications
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a database of customers, products, and applications
  • Collaborate with the art department to create marketing materials
  • Coordinate and edit materials written by outsourced writers
  • Coordinate the French translations of all materials
Qualifications
  • An undergraduate degree from a North American university
  • A "roll up your sleeves and get it done" attitude
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability and interest in proactive collaboration with a range of people in a variety of roles: senior executives to programmers
  • Some understanding of the contact center industry
  • Enjoys the thrill and is able to benefit from a "trial by fire" initiation period
