Agricultural Equipment Sales Support Specialist

Redhead Equipment is seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Equipment Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Saskatoon. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring seamless product delivery, and fostering strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers on whole goods and GPS products
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure successful product delivery and customer orientation
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Parts & Service departments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Technical background and aptitude in agricultural equipment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and independent worker
  • Above-average computer skills
  • Critical attention to detail
  • Committed to exceptional customer service
