Job Title: Senior Manager Employee Voice Expert

As a Senior Manager Employee Voice Expert at National Bank, you will play a key role in designing and implementing an employee voice strategy that collects and analyzes data related to employee engagement, satisfaction, well-being, and development. Your leadership and expertise in psychometrics and workplace behavior analysis will enable you to provide a clear understanding of employee experiences and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of senior employee voice experts to oversee research initiatives using surveys and other methodologies
  • Collaborate with business sectors and centers of expertise to understand business objectives and provide strategic advice on research design and methodology
  • Work with external vendors to ensure execution of the preferred strategy
  • Design measurement tools adapted to business objectives and target audiences
  • Analyze data using statistical software and formulate concrete recommendations to improve employee experience and organizational performance
Requirements:
  • Master's or PhD degree in occupational psychology, psychometrics, statistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in applied research in organizational behavior
  • Management experience and proficiency in statistical software and office tools
  • Excellent writing, synthesis, and communication skills
