Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Relationship Banker to join our team. As a key member of our Banking Center, you'll provide exceptional service to our customers, assist in achieving sales, service, and operation goals, and process customer-related financial transactions in accordance with bank regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer needs in a timely and accurate manner, capitalizing on available resources and tools.
  • Evaluate customer needs and offer appropriate financial products and services through needs-based conversations to build and deepen relationships.
  • Perform routine teller transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other transactions.
  • Achieve/exceed individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.
  • Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • 6 months to 2 years of job experience in cash handling and customer service; needs-based sales experience and banking experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and extended hours. Travel may be required to alternate Banking Centers.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated individual with strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork.
