The Relationship Banker I role is a key position in our Banking Center team, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to achieve sales, service, and operation goals. This role requires excellent communication and active listening skills to learn about customers' financial needs, establish trust, and optimize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers' needs in a timely and accurate manner, capitalizing on available resources and tools.
  • Evaluate customers' needs and offer appropriate financial products and services through needs-based conversations.
  • Perform routine teller transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other transactions.
  • Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to execute Banking Center growth and profitability objectives.
  • Meet/exceed individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.
  • Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and extended hours.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated individual.
  • Working knowledge of all products and services.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork, creating a positive working environment.

The estimated salary range for this position is $ to $ USD an hour. Actual salary may vary based on job-related factors. This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
