We're seeking a skilled Relationship Banker II to provide exceptional customer service and support our team in achieving sales, service, and operation goals. This role will process customer-related financial transactions, utilize excellent communication and active listening skills to learn about customers' financial needs, and establish trust to optimize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers' needs in a timely and accurate manner, capitalizing on available resources and tools.
  • Evaluate customers' needs and offer appropriate financial products and services through needs-based conversations.
  • Perform routine teller transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
  • Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to execute Banking Center growth and profitability objectives.
  • Meet/exceed individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.
  • Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures.
  • Assist with supervision of banking center colleagues, offering coaching support to fellow bankers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of all products and services.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork, creating a positive working environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and extended hours.

The estimated salary range for this position is $ to $ USD an hour. Actual salary may vary based on job-related factors. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
