Service Billing Administrator

Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Service Billing Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our billing department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, maintaining documentation, and resolving billing-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage billing activities, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including job folders and credit card payments
  • Resolve issues related to administrative functions, such as credit requests and vendor inquiries
  • Produce reports and metrics as requested by management
  • Review and verify purchase orders, work orders, and invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with credit requests and inquiries from clients, sales, and other departments
Requirements & Skills:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of office administration experience
  • Post-secondary education (technical diploma or degree)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
