Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to enhance our Distribution operations.

In this position, you will contribute significantly in the following areas:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering business growth within the branch.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, whether through phone interactions or in-person meetings.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and collect relevant information to facilitate service delivery.
  • Generate basic work orders in the necessary systems to streamline operations.
  • Provide customers with timely updates regarding their inquiries as needed.

To excel in this role, the following qualifications are essential:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience that meets applicable regulations.
  • Relevant work experience or specialized skills acquired through education or training.
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in French and English.
  • Ability to maintain accurate customer and site information within the system.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and parts for scheduled work orders.
  • Collaborate with technicians to identify and manage health and safety risks during job planning.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
