**Job Summary**
Cummins Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Associate to join our remote service team. As an Administrative Associate, you will play a critical role in assisting service requests via ticketing systems and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
- Complete data collection, data entry, and report generation on various departmental related activities.
- Process invoices via our internal billing system for customers in relation to the sale of Cummins Electronic Service tools.
- Process Subscription reconciliations to ensure inventory is replenished and corporate bills are paid.
- Answer calls from customers via the IVR phone system (Cisco Finesse).
- Contact customers to obtain payment information if needed to process invoices.
- Use Excel to keep track of licenses sold to a customer for records.
- Maintain departmental policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in both English and French to assist with French-speaking customers via email or telephone.
**Experience**
- Requires some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
- Previous Customer Service skills are required.
- Cummins or other dealer's products knowledge is a plus.
