Job Description

Kreate Systems is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and ensure that they are followed by all staff members.
  • Work Priorities: Establish work priorities, delegate tasks to office support staff, and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures.
  • Meetings and Conferences: Organize conferences and meetings, and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Willing to relocate
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
