Executive Chef

East Tea Can is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement menus that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to maintain profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations, including menu development, staff management, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
