Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Supervise and train specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Collaborate with clients to plan and execute customized menus for events such as banquets and weddings.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English.
