Gaming Operations Supervisor

Hiring Location: Sudbury, ON

Job Type: Part-Time

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient gaming operations
  • Ensure compliance with AGCO/OLG/Delta guidelines and regulations
  • Balance cash sales and process card returns, entering sales figures and calculating payouts
  • Address customers and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Open and close the gaming centre, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a customer service-based position
  • Knowledge of cash handling and balancing of daily cash intake
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Good communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Basics computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be fluent in English and French

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of gaming/bingo is not necessary, but is an asset
  • Certifications: Smart Serve, Safe Food Handling, Health & Safety/First Aid
