We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Manager or Principal to join our team. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for providing tax planning, services, and advice to our clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with partners, managers, or other senior staff on business tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory engagements.
  • Delivering high-quality tax planning, services, and advice to clients.
  • Leading special tax engagements and providing support, coaching, and professional development to firm staff with respect to tax knowledge and tax matters.
  • Preparing and presenting technical sessions to firm staff.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of public accounting experience with a tax specialty.
  • Canadian Professional Accounting Designation (CPA).
  • Successful completion of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course or Masters of Tax Program.
  • Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, Caseware/Casview, TaxPrep, and tax research software.
  • Proven project management and time management skills to organize, implement, and execute projects.
  • Bilingualism in French/English is an asset.
