Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Session Manager to join our team at Delta Bingo & Gaming in Sudbury. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming centre, providing exceptional customer service, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and a safe and enjoyable gaming experience
  • Ensure compliance with AGCO/OLG/Delta guidelines and regulations
  • Balance cash sales and process card returns, entering sales figures and calculating payouts
  • Address customer and staff inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Open and close the centre, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a customer service-based position
  • Knowledge of cash handling and balancing of daily cash intake
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional customer service and resolution skills
  • Good communication skills to deal effectively with staff, customers, and vendors
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Basics computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be fluent in English and French
