Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Session Manager to join our team at Delta Bingo & Gaming. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming centre, providing exceptional customer service, and supervising staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with AGCO/OLG/Delta guidelines and regulations.
  • Manage cash handling and balancing of daily cash intake.
  • Process card returns, enter sales figures, and calculate payouts.
  • Address customer and staff inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Open and close the centre according to established procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a customer service-based position.
  • Knowledge of cash handling and balancing of daily cash intake.
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and resolution skills.
  • Good communication skills to deal effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Basics computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be fluent in English and French.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Gaming/Bingo is an asset.
  • Certifications: Smart Serve, Safe Food Handling, Health & Safety/First Aid.
