Media Strategy Lead, Brand Development

About the Role
Procter & Gamble's Brand Operations Team is a dynamic and collaborative group of media experts dedicated to driving media-enabled growth across the P&G brand portfolio. As a Senior Media Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, building, and managing media capabilities and go-to-market strategies that fuel media-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute media strategies that drive best-in-class results across reach, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Lead centralized media operations, including budget management, media stewardship, and agency governance.
- Manage agency and key supplier relationships, forging new partnerships and evaluating emerging media opportunities.
- Drive best-in-class partnerships between P&G category teams, P&G US & Global media teams, and agency and media partners.
- Develop and deliver media training and knowledge-building programs for P&G.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a College Degree/Certificate; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 7+ years of strategic media experience, preferably with a media agency or multichannel national advertising client.
- Strong analytic skills and ability to triangulate between data, brand goals, and opportunities.
- Media expertise, including 7+ years of media planning experience, advanced understanding of all/most media vehicles and channels.
- Strong management skills, including proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, balance short and long-term needs, and communicate effectively.
