About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Camp Director to lead our Therapeutic Recreation Program at Camp Towhee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our campers. With a focus on recreational activities, collaborative problem-solving, and intentional interactions, our program aims to build mental strength and self-awareness among children with learning disabilities and mental health challenges.

Your primary responsibilities will include planning and delivering camp programs, supervising staff, managing budgets, ensuring legislative compliance, and maintaining accreditation standards. You will work closely with our Manager, Therapeutic Recreation Programs, to ensure seamless communication and coordination with other CDI staff members.

What We Offer
In exchange for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
