We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join Richter's team as a Business Analyst with expertise in project management, data analysis, and business process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Job Summary

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can navigate complex projects, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Prioritize requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Design and document business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency.
  • Support data management initiatives by identifying data requirements, ensuring data quality, and integrating data into business processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to design specifications.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee testing activities to ensure solutions meet quality standards and business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring clear communication, contract adherence, and successful project outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project management, or related fields.
  • Experience with business process modeling tools and techniques.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform or BPMS.
  • Experience with Power BI, and other data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in the financial services sector or with family offices is advantageous.
  • Certification in business analysis, process management, or Scrum (e.g., CBAP, PMP, CSM) is preferred.
