Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to join our team in Montreal. This role will involve selling HCM solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients over the phone and using virtual technology.

About the Role

This position requires a consultative business partner who can introduce leading solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources, and Payroll Administrators at companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small, innovative businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sell HCM solutions to new and existing clients in Montreal and surrounding areas.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to identify business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Provide expert guidance on HCM solutions and use entrepreneurial spirit to build business partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bilingual French and English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of prior work experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry.
  • Strong teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and 'never lose' mentality skills to build relationships and achieve success.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior quota-carrying experience and ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.

Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
