Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, stakeholder preferences, and innovation opportunities.

Conceptualize and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.

Maintain and update our website on WordPress to ensure it runs smoothly, is regularly updated, and optimized for user experience and search engines.

Partner with our digital marketing agency to optimize digital marketing efforts, including Google Ads, landing pages, and performance tracking.

Develop and oversee social media advertisements to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Ensure brand consistency by maintaining and evolving brand guidelines and implementing brand elements across all marketing materials and touchpoints.

Design visually appealing and impactful assets such as advertisements, brochures, banners, infographics, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

Create compelling content for marketing materials, social media posts, and email newsletters that resonates with the target audience.

Collaborate with the Communications & Marketing team on strategy, conceptualization, and execution of promotional videos and photoshoots.

We offer a competitive salary range of $23.14 - $30.67 hourly, depending on experience.


Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of two years' experience in marketing and graphic design, ideally within a similar industry or environment.
  3. Excellent understanding of marketing principles, branding strategies, and consumer behavior.
  4. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies.
  5. Experience in setting up and optimizing paid ads, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  6. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design tools.
  7. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and design.
