What Will You Do?

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint trends, stakeholder preferences, and innovation opportunities, utilizing insights to shape marketing strategies and campaigns. Conceptualize and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events, to increase brand awareness and drive audience engagement. Website maintenance and updates on WordPress, ensuring the site runs smoothly, is regularly updated, and is optimized for user experience and search engines. Partner with the digital marketing agency to optimize digital marketing efforts, encompassing Google Ads, landing pages and performance. Develop and oversee social media advertisements to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Ensure brand consistency by maintaining and evolving brand guidelines and overseeing the implementation of brand elements across all marketing materials and touchpoints. Design visually appealing and impactful assets such as advertisements, brochures, banners, infographics, presentations, and other marketing collateral that effectively communicate key messages, enhance brand identity, and generate leads. Create compelling content for marketing materials, social media posts, and email newsletters that resonates with the target audience and drives desired actions. Collaborate with the Communications & Marketing team on strategy, conceptualization, and execution of promotional videos and photoshoots.

Who Are We Looking For?

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of two years’ experience in marketing and graphic design, ideally within a similar industry or environment. Excellent grasp of marketing principles, branding strategies, and consumer behaviour. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies to improve search engine rankings. Experience in setting up and optimizing paid ads, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking to drive engagement and conversions. Experience with website maintenance (WordPress) and content management systems (CMS) is a plus Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design tools. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and design. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of photography, videography, and sound and lighting equipment is an asset.
