**Job Status**: Full-time, Permanent
**Reporting To**: Head of Marketing
**Work Hours**: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
**Salary Range**: $80,000 - $120,000 Annually + Comprehensive Benefits
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- **Social Media Management**: Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence for our brand.
- **Performance Analysis**: Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against ROI and KPI goals.
- **Data-Driven Optimization**: Identify trends and insights, and use this data to optimize campaign spend and performance.
- **Innovation**: Brainstorm creative growth strategies and execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance the user experience.
- **Analytics**: Utilize your strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- **Vendor Management**: Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to achieve campaign goals.
- **Technology Evaluation**: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, provide thought leadership, and assess their adoption where appropriate.

- **Experience**: Proven working experience in digital marketing.

- **Experimentation**: Proficiency in A/B and multivariate experiments.

- **Ad Platforms**: Solid experience with common web advertising platforms, such as Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, etc.
- **Ad Serving**: Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- **Google Adwords**: Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- **Web Development**: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- **Data-Driven**: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- **Up-to-Date**: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- **Bilingual Advantage**: Knowledge of the French language is considered an asset.
