Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Eastside Food Store Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers, managing store operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and manage store operations
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory
  • Authorize return of merchandise and manage cash
  • Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
