Retail Store Supervisor

Pick Quick Retail Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our retail store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring that our store is stocked with the right products at the right time.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers leave the store satisfied.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that we minimize waste and overstocking.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales and customer service.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales or supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Our retail store is located in an urban area and is a non-smoking environment.
- Work Setting: Our store is a retail business with a fast-paced environment.
