Job Title: Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at The Old Triangle Irish Alehouse. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Cook Trade Certification
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
Work Environment:

The Old Triangle Irish Alehouse is a busy restaurant and bar, and as a Line Cook, you will be working in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
