About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 13025721 CANADA INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals and specialty foods for our events and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and mentor specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings and meet customer demands.
  • Train and instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation techniques to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events, such as banquets, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Plan and execute menus that meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Recruit and hire staff to support the growth and success of our culinary team.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Free parking available on site.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
