Job Description

Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with sales and operations planning, statistical demand forecasting, and inventory management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist Branch Manager in developing and executing sales and operations strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of customer demand and supply chain needs.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock turnover and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes that improve business performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the green industry, preferably with knowledge of irrigation products.
  • Excellent customer service and management skills.
  • Experience with sales and operations planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debits, credits, accounts receivable, and payable.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
