Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Security Analyst to join our team at Sleep Country Canada Inc. as a Cloud/Infrastructure Specialist. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of cloud and infrastructure security principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Design and implement secure cloud and infrastructure architectures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to IT teams to ensure security best practices are followed.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in IT security, with a focus on cloud and infrastructure security.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud and infrastructure security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing security threats and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
