Job Title: Senior IT Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Security Analyst to join our team at Sleep Country Canada Inc. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies
  • Implement and maintain security controls and protocols to protect against cyber threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incident response plans
  • Provide security awareness training and education to employees
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate risks
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in IT security or a related field
  • Thorough knowledge of security principles and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
  • Strong technical knowledge of current systems, software, protocols, and standards
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and articulately
