Job Title: Senior IT Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Security Analyst to join our team at Sleep Country Canada Inc. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential security threats
  • Implement and maintain robust security controls and protocols to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incident response plans and procedures
  • Provide expert guidance and support to IT teams on security best practices and compliance requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate risks
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in IT security or a related field
  • Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of security principles and frameworks, including ISO 27001 and NIST
  • Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
