Senior IT Security Analyst

At Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Security Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement and maintain security controls and protocols to protect against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incident response plans.
- Provide security awareness training and education to employees.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- 8+ years of experience in IT security or a related field.
- Thorough knowledge of security principles and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft security tools and processes.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and articulately.
