We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Immigrate. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide coaching and training to staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
