Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Curry Box Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 30 to 40 hours of work per week
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent oral communication skills.
