We're seeking a talented Manager to join our team in any of our local offices – Sudbury, Timmins, or North Bay. As a Manager, you'll be an integral part of our team, with opportunities to develop your career and work collaboratively with a supportive team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with partners, managers, or senior staff to develop and implement tax and accounting strategies for clients
  • Identifying and resolving accounting, audit, and tax issues
  • Developing strong technical audit, accounting, and tax skills
  • Managing and reviewing engagement files
  • Supporting, managing, and mentoring firm staff
  • Identifying and cultivating new sales/service opportunities for clients
  • Playing a leadership role in firm processes and software applications

A successful candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of progressive public accounting experience
  • Canadian CPA designation
  • Prior experience managing large, high-risk engagements
  • Proven technical skills in accounting and assurance
  • Advanced accounting, tax, and software knowledge
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • A passion for client service
  • Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
