About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Hercules SLR in Langley, BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering world-class training programs that meet the needs of our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs that promote HGC service culture and operational standards
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to build strategies for growing the training business in the local area
  • Connect with customers to discuss training opportunities and prepare quotes
  • Prepare and deliver professional training programs that meet customer needs
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage the effectiveness of training practices and resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in adult training or learning
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel throughout British Columbia and Alberta
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
