Job Responsibilities

  • Manage human resources functions, including departmental development, HR Information System (ADP), associate relations, training, and benefits
  • Partner with Compensation team to conduct wage surveys and analyze compensation data
  • Recruit, interview, test, and select associates for vacant positions
  • Coordinate new hire and leader orientations, training activities, and events to promote morale and company culture
  • Ensure facility leadership is trained on performance management activities, including reviews, goal setting, and development planning
