We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Security Specialist

to join our team. As a key member of our security services team, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of building automation systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, and communication protocols. They will also have experience with software programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission building automation systems to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair of building automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex system problems to resolve technical issues.
  • Programming: Program software to automate system functions and integrate with other systems.
  • Training: Provide training to customers and internal teams on system operation and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in building automation systems.
  • Strong understanding of security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, and communication protocols.
  • Experience with software programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
