Store Operations Manager

Circle K is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing policies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be sold, and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Operations: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and ensure efficient store operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
