Punjab Street Bar & Grill Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to maintain effective communication.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize HR resources.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage contracts and oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to track employee information and performance.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain financial records.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
