Responsibilities:
  • Conversation Expert: Engage with customers, answer their questions, and inform them about our Casino Privilèges recognition program and promotions.
  • Pleasure Ambassador: Inform customers about our gaming lounge services and activities, and assist them in enhancing their gaming experience.
  • Atmosphere Creator: Contribute to maintaining a dynamic and festive atmosphere by adjusting lighting, sound, and participating in activities and events.
  • Customer Engagement Specialist: Proactively respond to customers' questions and needs, collect their suggestions, and feedback to improve our services.
  • Team Collaborator: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
  • Responsible Gaming Advocate: Tactfully intervene with customers who deviate from gaming rules and ethics, emphasizing the importance of responsible gaming.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma: Completed high school diploma (DES).
  • Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a dynamic and interactive environment like events.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in French. English speaking is an asset.
  • Cultural Knowledge: Stay informed about cultural and sporting developments in the region.
  • Casino Knowledge: Knowledge of casino games would be an asset, but don't worry, you will receive comprehensive training.

Salary: $21 per hour.

Schedule: Day and evening shifts; Monday to Friday and weekends; full-time and part-time, 30 hours or more per week.

Status: Temporary.
