Be the Spark of Our Gaming Lounge

We're seeking a charismatic and energetic individual to join our Entertainment and Customer Ambassador team at Bédard Ressources inc. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our customers and ensuring their visit is nothing short of epic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conversation Master: Engage with customers, answer their questions, and inform them about our Casino Privilèges recognition program and promotions.
  • Pleasure Ambassador: Promote our gaming lounge services and activities, enhancing the overall gaming experience for our customers.
  • Atmosphere Creator: Contribute to maintaining a dynamic and festive atmosphere by adjusting lighting, sound, and participating in activities and events.
  • Customer Engagement Expert: Proactively respond to customer needs, collect feedback, and suggest improvements to our services.
  • Team Collaborator: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
  • Responsible Gaming Advocate: Intervene with customers who deviate from gaming rules and ethics, emphasizing the importance of responsible gaming.

Requirements:
  • Completed High School Diploma (DES).
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a dynamic and interactive environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in French. English speaking is an asset.
  • Knowledge of casino games would be an asset, but don't worry, you will receive comprehensive training.

  • A vibrant personality with an innate ability to make every moment as fun as possible.
  • A passion for creating unique memories and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
  • Comfortable wearing thematic costumes and funky accessories.

Salary: $21 per hour.

Schedule: Day and evening shifts; Monday to Friday and weekends; full-time and part-time, 30 hours or more per week.

Status: Temporary.
