Senior QA Lead

Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Lead to ensure the highest quality standards in our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, QA representatives, project coordinators, and superintendents to guarantee all project QA/QC items are completed to the satisfaction of the client contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections and quality control checks on construction sites
- Review and verify compaction results, concrete break results, and other inspections and tests
- Coordinate with clients on project-specific activities, including inspections and review of documentation
- Support the implementation of CAR, NCR, and quality management system implementation
- Generate Non-Conformance Reports and coordinate with clients and subcontractors for disposition and closure
- Ensure compliance to ITPs and maintain supporting documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in quality control and/or civil construction, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity
- Experience with concrete/civil/earthworks/piling & rock anchor scopes preferred
- Able to read and interpret civil drawings
- Familiarity with other discipline drawings an asset
- Experience using CSA A23.1/A23.2 is an asset
- Competent knowledge in ASME Codes, CSA Code, and Building Code
