Insurance Advisor Career Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Advisor. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their insurance goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Work closely with our agent to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Use a customer-centric approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide recommendations tailored to their needs.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Successful sales experience in life insurance, with a proven track record of meeting goals and quotas.
  • Familiarity with various types of insurance plans and the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to give presentations and communicate complex insurance concepts to clients.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to analyze client data to provide personalized recommendations.
  • LLQP license required, with OTL or RIBO license preferred.
Qualifications:
  • College diploma in a related field, such as business or finance.
  • Previous experience in insurance sales, underwriting, claims, or service.
  • OTL/RIBO Property and Casualty license, with ability to obtain.
  • LLQP License, required.
  • Prior sales experience, an asset.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
