Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Work closely with our agent to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Use a customer-centric approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and targets.
- Experience in life insurance sales, with a strong understanding of insurance products and policies.
- Familiarity with various types of insurance plans, including life, health, and disability insurance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations accurately.
- LLQP license required, with OTL or RIBO license preferred.
- College diploma in a related field, such as business or finance.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field.
- OTL/RIBO Property and Casualty license, with ability to obtain.
- LLQP License, with prior sales experience an asset.
- Valid Ontario driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
