- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide recommendations.
- Previous sales experience in property and casualty insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong understanding of social media and technology.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- OTL/RIBO Property and Casualty license.
- LLQP/Life and Health license.
- College diploma in a related field.
- Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines.
