Insurance Advisor Career Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Advisor. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their insurance goals and build strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain personalized relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our agent to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Use a customer-centric approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide expert advice on life insurance policies.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Experience in sales, particularly in the life insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with various types of insurance plans and policies.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and provide client-focused solutions.
  • Basic math skills and ability to analyze data.
  • LLQP license required, OTL or RIBO license preferred.
Qualifications:
  • College diploma in a related field, such as business or finance.
  • Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service.
  • OTL/RIBO Property and Casualty license, or ability to obtain.
  • LLQP License required.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
