Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain personalized relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our agents to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Use a customer-centric approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide expert advice on life insurance policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the life insurance industry.
- Familiarity with various types of insurance plans and policies.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Basic math skills to accurately process transactions.
- LLQP license required, OTL or RIBO license preferred.
- College diploma in a related field, such as business or finance.
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service.
- OTL/RIBO Property and Casualty license preferred.
- LLQP License required.
- Valid Ontario driver's license.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
